Birding 101

Service Description

Workshops are geared towards adults ages 16+ Ages 12-15 may attend this workshop with a parent/guardian There is so much more to learning about birds than simply identification by sight and sound. We'll learn about identification of birds in the field and tools one might use to identify them, including field marks and plumage, sound, flight patterns, behavior, and more. We'll take our knowledge to the field and practice our new skills on a bird walk.

Cancellation Policy

Nighthawk doesn't guarantee refunds. They are not typical and fully depend on our ability to fill the spot. If we are able to fill your spot after your cancellation, a future class credit will be issued. If Nighthawk cancels a whole course, participants will be credited for a future course if rescheduling isn't possible. Partial course cancellations/adjustments/reschedules due to inclement weather, etc. are not typically credited.
